Pitcoin Program Terms & Conditions

The Pitcoin Program is a free loyalty offering created by Pit Viper, LLC to reward customers who purchase its products within the United States. Enrollment is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the U.S., are at least eighteen years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If a participant does not meet these requirements, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the terms on their behalf. Each person is limited to a single account, and joining the program does not require any purchase. By signing up, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria.

Members earn rewards in the form of Pitcoin points when making qualifying purchases. For every dollar spent, a set number of points is added to the member’s account. These points accumulate in a digital wallet associated with the member’s registered contact information, such as an email address or phone number. Points can later be applied toward discounts on future purchases based on a fixed conversion rate. If a transaction is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase are deducted accordingly. Pitcoin points do not hold cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, gift cards, or other forms of currency unless explicitly stated by the company. Points that remain unused will expire after a defined period of inactivity, and any balance will be forfeited if an account is closed or terminated.

Participants can manage their rewards by logging into their account on the official website, where they can review their current balance, track earned points, and apply them during eligible transactions. Maintaining accurate account information is the responsibility of each member, as it ensures proper tracking and use of rewards.

By joining the program, members agree to the company’s privacy practices and consent to receiving promotional communications unless they choose to opt out through customer support. Pit Viper retains the authority to revise, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Continued participation after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. The company also reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate program rules. This includes activities such as attempting to manipulate the rewards system, remaining inactive for extended periods, or engaging in conduct that may harm the brand. Consequences may include suspension, removal of points, or cancellation of orders. Membership is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

Pit Viper limits its liability for any issues related to participation in the program, including losses that may result from changes, interruptions, or termination of the program. This limitation applies to both direct and indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. All elements associated with the program, including its design, branding, and digital content, remain the intellectual property of Pit Viper and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are permitted to access and use these materials solely for personal purposes related to participation in the program, and any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Any disputes arising from the Pitcoin Program or its terms are to be resolved through binding arbitration rather than through court proceedings. This means that members agree to address claims individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Arbitration will follow the procedures established by the American Arbitration Association and applies to a broad range of potential claims, including those related to contracts, statutes, or other legal matters. Certain exceptions may apply, such as cases eligible for small claims court or those involving intellectual property rights. Members also have the option to opt out of the arbitration agreement within a limited timeframe after enrolling by providing written notice.

The program is governed by the laws of the state of Utah, and where legal proceedings are permitted, they will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Salt Lake City. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Members are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates and to ensure ongoing compliance with all program requirements.
